Return & Refund Policy

At ELONZE, customer satisfaction is our priority.

  • Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items received.

  • Return requests must be made within 3 days of delivery with clear photos or videos of the product.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for size issues or change of mind. Please refer to our size chart before placing your order.

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • For international orders, shipping charges, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable.

  • International orders paid through manual bank transfer will be refunded to the original bank account after verification, if eligible.
