At ELONZE, customer satisfaction is our priority.

Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items received.

Return requests must be made within 3 days of delivery with clear photos or videos of the product.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for size issues or change of mind. Please refer to our size chart before placing your order.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

For international orders, shipping charges, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable.

International orders paid through manual bank transfer will be refunded to the original bank account after verification, if eligible.
